Refunds & Cancellations

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • After your intro session, if you decide coaching isn't the right fit, unused sessions in your intro package are fully refundable within 14 days of your intro session.

Refund Policy

  • A la carte sessions: 100% refund for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase
  • Multi-session packages: based on number of sessions completed
    • Unused packages: 100% refund within 30 days of purchase
    • 1-2 sessions completed: 75% refund of unused sessions, if requested within 14 days of last completed session
    • 3+ sessions completed: No refunds available, but package sessions can be rescheduled and used any time within 12 months of purchase

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel
  • Late cancellations (<24 hours) count as completed sessions
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, it will be considered a no-show and will count as a completed session
